While I received the necklace in a timely manner, I'm disappointed in the quality. I created a map of where my wife and I first met, with the borders in the shape of a heart. The prototype that they displayed online looked like the final product would be beautiful. But what I created online is not at all recognizable from what I received. I'm very disappointed, especially for the amount I paid.

Hello, When I ordered this bracelet for my husband it said Guaranteed delivery by Fathers Day. I never got the bracelet. Sadly it was the only gift I had for him. Please let me know what happened.

Ordered Express Shipping so the gift would be delivered on time. They sent it regular mail. Requested a label to return the item and never heard a word from customer service. They did refund shipping which made zero difference

The order was extremely delayed, showed up after our anniversary, which was the whole purpose of the gift. The ring is very poor Quality, the black backing bled off day, one onto my wife’s hand, and then onto her face. Very embarrassing to say the least.

it was such a unique gift and was created and shipped very quickly... any questions were answered quickly my only suggestion would be since it was a gift it would have been nice to be able to include a card which explains the gift...

Is not the same quality. I ordered a few years ago a bracelet and was really nice then. But now The links are too shiny and look like they are made of plastic instead of metal , the names are writing in black letters instead of engraved in the links ( probably they can’t do it because links are from plastic and no metal links) POOR quality . Very disappointed
