Great experience all around! I ordered a sweatshirt and it arrived quickly, along with a 30% off coupon for my next purchase- so I ordered the same one for my husband! I needed to exchange it, and they sent me a new one without even requiring me to return the old one. Customer service responded quickly, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish!

I contacted Talkpeng initially because I thought my parcel was lost. I then realized a friend of mine picked it up to hold for me while I was out of town. When I opened the T-Shirt and put it on, the small size was too tight. I contacted Talkpeng to let them know I had the package and asked if I could exchange it for a larger medium size. Not only did they agree to send me a a medium T-Shirt, they informed me to keep the small and give to a friend with no extra charge. I received great quality customer service.

Cute shirts! Shipped quickly. There was a problem with one of my shirts and they asked me to send pics of the issue. Once I did, and it was a confirmed issue, they gave me a refund. Great customer service, would definitely purchase from again!

I’m giving two stars on account of when…
I’m giving two stars on account of when I emailed them regarding non receipt of my order they did actually reply albeit a couple of days later. Item was never received and the attitude was basically that it was my problem not theirs that they have picked a delivery service that can’t deliver. I have given money to TalkPeng for nothing. Will never use again and won’t recommend to anyone else

Hi Lauren, On behalf of the courier, we are sorry that there was a problem with the delivery. We rely on third party couriers who are responsible for delivering the parcel. Sometimes they are not able to deliver for instance when the recipient is absent or due to an invalid address. In those cases, the parcel is stored at the local post office, according to the tracking link we sent. Customers as the recipients of the parcel can arrange a pick up or redelivery of the parcel. You have made it clear to us that you are not willing to do that. When offered a free replacement, you rejected. The original parcel will therefor be returned to us. Once it reaches us, we will be able to refund you.
