Fantastic service from Emilia and I would highly recommend Talk Peng to anyone. Ordered a t-shirt which came up a bit small, enquired about a return and exchange and was delighted to find out that a larger one would be sent and I didn’t have to return the other one but to pass it onto someone else to enjoy. Refreshing attitude and great philosophy, support this small business when you can!

I ordered a t-shirt which was too big for me. Customer service were wonderful and have arranged to send another t-shirt in the right size and have allowed me to keep the previous tee in line with their policy. What wonderful service. The t-shirt is amazing too. Thanks so much.

I was very happy with customer service

I was very happy with customer service, particularly in requsting a new size (large) when the medium I’d ordered was too small. I hadn’t expected a reply over the weekend. But my Saturday email inquiring about the exchange was met that same day with a positive, supportive response. The large was sent out on the Sunday. Other positives: tracking of package and delivery notifications were available, and despite being too small, the T-shirt quality and styling were top-notch

Exceptional customer service

I ordered a a t shirt. I was kept fully informed on delivery times and loved the quality of it when it arrived, however it was too big for me. (My fault, I often order a size larger than I am for one orders as they often arrive on the small side). I emailed TalkPeng to find out about how to return for a smaller size. Very prompt response saying they will send out new size, and saying I could keep yhe larger one as well, suggesting I pass it onto a friend 🧡 exceptional customer service and quality item

Never delivered

Never delivered, tried twice to have this sent and now it’s a month behind. There’s no address listed for me to even know where it went other than my city. Never ordering from them again.

Amazing customer service

I’m always worried about buying clothes online especially a place I’ve never purchased from before. They were amazing! Especially Emilia, she was amazing! I put the wrong address in and it got sent to the wrong place and then after I received them they didn’t fit right. They were quick to respond and made everything effortlessly. I’m seriously impressed with the customer service.

Had a small problem with an order and Emilia from customer service immediately took care of it, quickly and above and beyond what I’m accustomed to with online orders. Fan for life and because of it, will absolutely order from them again.

Okay. Placed an order seven days ago - they took my money and the shipping cost but had no contact for 7 days. When they did contact me they were nice and helpful. T shirt was huge and on quite thin material. I asked for a refund and they offered a range of choices including a smaller size free of charge (which I accepted). The smaller size is a little tight. I’m not in love with the product and haven’t worn either the very large or slightly small T-shirts but sort of lost the will to send things back. The material of the T-shirts is thin and feels inexpensive. For the price I’d expect a nicer material. Customer service apart from the initial lack of contact is very good.

Fast delivery and good quality product! The Tshirt in order was slightly too small and was a gift. I contacted them via email and got a fast response. I had options on what I wanted to do and went for the next size up. They told me to keep the original one and they would send me a new one at no extra charge. Excellent customer service.

Great little shop-recommended!

I made a mistake choosing the size for a sweatshirt. It’s really cute and decent quality, so that was good. When I reached out to ask about an exchange, I got an immediate response and TalkPeng sent me a smaller size and let me keep the original to pass along to someone else. Fantastic customer service. I admit I wasn't expecting much could be done when I realised the tshirt I bought was too small, but I contacted them and heard back very quickly that they were happy to send out another size, and that I didn't need to return the original. Very friendly and responsive. Would totally buy again. Also the t-shirt is cute and the quality is good. :)

A happy repeat customer

They have great customer service. Handle any concerns with quickness and they provide satisfying conclusions. The products hold up after several washes and they look great!
