Best design and best customer service! My wife loves her shirt from TalkPeng. Of course, being the dolt that I am, I accidentally bought her a shirt with the year I was born on it, instead of the year she was born... But TalkPeng sent us the correct shirt at no charge, and didn't even require the other shirt back. Seriously, best customer service ever from an online retailer!

The quality of he shirts if very cheap. Almost see through because the material is so thin. I also received a 30% discount code for my next order which does not work. Thankyou30 does not work.

Great customer service
The T-shirt arrived pretty quickly, but the size was a little small. Got in contact and was promptly sent a new larger size and told I can keep the previous one sent. Great service and nice T-shirt!

Bad quality
Nonresponse with email enquiry. Weird fit - high at throat- long sleeves and long at bottom. The shirt is quite see through- due to quality. Do not recommend!

Delayed and unpaid delivery
Ordered Tees - heard nothing for nearly three weeks - online status not changed - emailed them - they replied with tracking info saying items had been despatched - however they’d provided incomplete details to carrier (postal service) and not paid delivery charge, or duty - although I’d paid Peng in advance.

We used the address that you provided while placing the order. There should not be any customs fee payable by you. Please send us the correspondence with the relevant authority for us to look into this further.
Wonderful exchange experience
I ordered a tee and i wasn’t sure what size. I got it in medium and it came very fast. Unfortunately, i think I needed a small. When I wrote to them asking to exchange they got back to me within a day and sent out a small and told me to keep the medium. Very cool!

Hi Paul, You ordered a size S, not an XL - as is clearly shown in the meta data of your order. We've sent a copy of this to you, right after you placed the order, and again after you reached out to us demanding a different size from what you ordered. This also shows that your emails were in fact answered. We encourage our customers to choose the correct size when ordering or check the order summary that is sent to their registered email right after placing the order.
Ordered a t-shirt as birthday present…
Ordered a t-shirt as birthday present for my friend and paid for express delivery. 18 days later still no update on tracking information apart from with courier. After 19 days the tracking number changed but parcel still in America when it was now meant to be on the way to Australia. Emailed the company just to hear to wait 10 business days which it had now exceeded and a link given to me to track shipment which never shown any new information. I would never order it recommended from this company. I feel after my complaint email they only then sent my parcel which had at this point been paid for with express delivery over 18 days ago. As I type this message it's still in America and never left the country to be sent to Australia. Poor service and company
