No directions for any of the pictures. I’ve never cross stitched before. It says to use 2 strands one place and three the next but doesn’t say what stitch or how to start it or anything. Horrible. I tried to reach out to customer service and they haven’t returned emails.

Bought 5 stamped cross stitch kits. None of them are actually stamped with the screen printed design as photographed. Looks like a 5 year old has drawn on the aida with crayons.There is printing and numbers around the edge so you cannot leave a margin for framing. No proper chart. This site is a total scam. I'm out of pocket AUD $127.00 totally disgusted in this product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I mixed up 2 floss while working on my pattern. I contacted customer service to confirm I had the right thread for the number. They are sending me new thread to confirm. I will return always for that reason!

I am so thrilled with my kit!! I opened and started it right away, and to my great delight, the chart was stamped on the aida cloth, meaning I didn't have to do all the tedious counting as to where to start stitching. This is so useful and such a treat that I will definitely order from tapestrymarket again!
