My husband ordered a cross-stitch item for me as he knows I enjoy doing cross-stitch. There are so many wonderful items to choose from, but, for us, this was a relatively unknown site, so he chose an item he knew I would like as a test of this site. The item he ordered came exactly as described with all the necessary pieces and parts including thread, material, pattern and needles. The item also arrived quicker than we expected. If you are a beginner, this is a great way to get started as everything comes in one shipment and there is such a wide variety of options. The only difficulty is in choosing what to order as there are so many wonderful options. I will be ordering from Tapestry Market again. One quick addendum for the beginner which I didn't think about since I was taught by another actual person to cross-stitch. It might be a bit harder to get started and understand if you are teaching yourself using the instructions and information given. If you can seek out someone to help you get started and teach you, that would be the best way to go. After that, this a very affordable site with everything needed in the shipment except scissors.

Good customer service.Good quality and perfect design. I get familiar with Tapestrymarket via facebook and i bought 5 different design. The vendor sent on time and followed up but Aramex post had delay and did not delivered my orders and no one in Aramex did not ansewed. I contact Tapestrymarket and they followed;and resent my ordersand kept me update.

Absolutely not
Absolutely not! The printed xstitch bleeds throughout the entire project and most of the ones with red ink on them do. Don’t do it! Be very careful. I don’t know how they get these high reviews. I don’t believe people wait till they’ve done the work to see what happens. Emails come back as email does not exist. With regards to the above I have given the full details. Of course I didn’t keep an invoice nor the item when it bled.

I was so excited when my order arrived? I however are really disappointed ! Whilst the cross stitch looks fantastic more or less All the threads are the wrong colours????, they do Not match the colour schemes on fabric and instructions!!!!! Have emailed the company but have not received a reply? I am so very disappointed ? Don’t think I will order again especially if I do not get a response re my complaint !!!!!
