There were 2 coloured threads missing from the cross stitch kit I’d ordered but as soon is I contacted the company, they sent the missing threads to me. They also followed up regularly to make sure I had received them. Wonderful after-purchase service.

My crossstich have been excellent the one problem I have is that thread is all individual and not on a card with number that is what I used to. Because I had a stroke recently and it was easier to match the number with the colours but I can do it very slowly thank you for the item.
