Was going to buy something today cashing in my loyalty points, but found that all 3 sets had expired. Your stuff is not fast moving like McDonalds or Tesco, ‘loyalty’ that has a very limited time to live and expires is an insult. You might have well never bothered. Took my business elsewhere in disgust.

I have a TP-Link camera. The camera is very good, but I had a few problems with it. I contacted TP-Link technical support and the problem was resolved. I wanted to thank all the technical support, especially Journee and Vanna for the quick and professional service and support.
Bought 3 tapo c411 solar panel powered cctv kits 1 failed after 2 weeks. I got in touch with Tapo customer service team who could not of been more helpful telling me how to try and sort the issue out. After trying to resolve the problem with my camera to na avail they sent me a replacement out which is now mounted on the rear wall outside and working fine. 5 star customer service for sure. Would highly recommend Tapo for your security cameras either internal or external.
I was very pleased with the help and support of Kinsey. N at TP-Link Technical Support. I had an issue with a solar panel associated with my C425 security camera and Kinsey was very helpful in guiding me through the process to request a replacement unit, complete the return documentation and shipping the camera and solar panel for replacement. Every step through the process was simple based on the excellent advice provided.
Very good communication regarding the set up for my two cameras. Rosalind was a great help sorting out my problem powering on my cameras.
When you are buying you have yo pay the delivery charge also when you are returning for any reason we have to pay delivery charge which makes product more expensive , Also the power chord of my previous camera was not working within 8 months hence had to buy new one . Hence i woundt recomment ordering products from.them directly .
Wi fi connectivity unstable almost all the time.. despite it showing connected. Misses recording frequently despite notifications of person detected.. pretty useless actually if you want something reliable...such products and companies are a disgrace!! as it can let you down when you need it the most..!
Superb products!!! I've had a TP-Link Deco X50-5G Whole Home Wi-Fi 6 Router AX3000 for 13 months now and it's superb. I dumped Virgin Media (cable internet / cable TV / landline) livid as these robbers were increasing prices year on year by RPI plus 3.9% and I got a Talkmobile unlimited data SIM for £16 a month fixed for life - home internet, streaming and TV via this 5G router and SIM card is brilliant! My monthly recurring cost is now fixed for life at just £16 a month! Now I'm fitting Tapo C560WS Outdoor Wired Security Cameras to my house and my mum's house and these are brilliant, with a brilliant app. Superb products!!!

I've just bought two further Tapo cameras - a twin-pack of C520WS models - and, as with my previous six purchases over the past eight months, I have to remark on their design, quality, packaging and, of course, that all-important value for money. In a word they're AMAZING, in uppercase letters to emulate the ridiculous "style" of a certain world figure whose name I don't intend to quote. I wish such CCTV equipment were manufactured here in the U.K., but, that apart, there's not a single aspect of these cameras that disappoints. They'd be cheap if Tapo charged double the price for making such peace of mind available to (almost) everyone. That's just a subjective observation, by the way, not a suggestion that this company should try to increase its PROFITS. Sorry, I've done it again. I hope it doesn't count as a capital offence...

I will buy tapo camera over and over,easy to setup. Even when I changed my WiFi to another broadband,at first it was difficult for me to set up,but after a call to customer service it was resolved within few minutes. Sloane is 100% patient and supportive. Thank you.

I bought 2 Tapo C425 cameras for home and bought 2 SD cards which did not work but had the best customer service ever with their support. Email was read instantly and contact made and they sent me information and a list of compatible SD cards and with their help the cameras are both now recording. 100% Service from TP-Link. Helena and the support team were brilliant. Thanks LInda
Disappointing AI detection and poor customer service The AI person detection has been extremely disappointing. The doorbell repeatedly sends “Person Detected” notifications for passing cars, even though the cars are outside my configured detection zone and there are no people in the recording. I’ve spent time adjusting the sensitivity and detection settings, but the issue persists, resulting in around 7 false notifications every day. To make matters worse, it also frequently fails to detect actual people approaching my front door, making the notifications unreliable and defeating the purpose of having AI person detection. When I contacted Tapo, they dismissed the issue by saying my entrance has an “unusual” layout because there is a wall opposite the doorbell. However, I could not find any information in their installation guidance stating that a recessed entrance or nearby wall would prevent the product from working correctly. Rather than properly investigating the issue, they simply refused a refund because the purchase was over 30 days old. I expected a reliable AI doorbell, but instead I’ve been left with a product that regularly misidentifies cars as people while simultaneously missing genuine visitors. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or Tapo’s customer service
