Website incredibly easy to use and straight forward about costs. Honestly thought the fee taskrabbit adds onto the service is a bit high, but, it was worth the cost.

I’ve used the same tasker twice. He arrives on time and finishes the job much earlier than expected. The Taskrabbit app is super easy to use.
The Tasker did not complete the job professionally and as expected. The Tasker left before he told me he was going to leave and I was unaware he left. The task disabled communication to avoid resolving this issue. Your AI chat professional continued to ask me if I needed help after I responded 5 times saying what I needed help with. I requested that I be contacted by a live rep and have not heard back from Task Rabbit.

I got scammed and extorted. I’ve tried to contact TaskRabbit directly but haven’t gotten a response in three days. I am disputing all charges with my bank. My task rabbit, who I hired for a move, ended our service on the app after two hours but continued to work for an additional 4 hours. He wanted off platform payment. This person was also vaping during the move, arrived twenty minutes late, worked very slow to increase the hours, and their car, which I hired for the move was covered in extreme dirt. There is much more but I’m worried about retaliation.

Hunter was great! Very communicative. I've used task rabbit three times so far and every experience has been awesome. I did have my initial mover helper cancel on me which wasn't ideal but otherwsie the helpers that I did work with were great.
