The app made this whole experience great! I looked at several available taskers for my project, picked one to reach out to based on the number of similar projects she had done and her bio, and booked the task. Easy peasy! I liked being able to communicate with my tasker and pay my tasker all in one place.

Task Rabbit offered a quick solutions to a pesty projects. A few simple steps and I was connected with a the correct person to complete my repair and mitigate more issues. I recommended that plaform to my mom as well!
I do not like how the app functions. Communicating with taskers is difficult. When they’re deadbeats and don’t follow through with the job, it’s unnecessarily tedious and obnoxious to cancel and rebook with another Tasker. Most of the taskers are not even available when they claim to be so more time wasted. Additionally, if a job is being done poorly by a tasker, there is ZERO support from task rabbit. From a financial and safety perspective, task rabbit is awful. Given how long the app has been around, it should be much better. My last experience with a move was extremely negative largely due to TaskRabbit. I don’t think I will be using it again. I will try another app or old fashioned word of mouth.

This was my first experience with Taskrabbit. It was easy to schedule and choose a person who met my needs for helping with organizing. Andrew was awesome to work with! He worked fast and efficiently. Was happy to jump into the next task as soon as I asked. I would use Andrew specifically and Taskrabbit again any day.

The person was great . He did the job in 25 m but I was charged for 2 hours. So I need to contact the Taskrabbit support to get it back. Shouldn’t be this way. You guys take the money without checking

The job was completed in a timely manner. Tristan was very courteous and punctual. Would recommend Taskrabbit to others and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When I created my tasks, I listed both tasks as 4+ hours. The two taskers both were only scheduled for one hour. One could stay longer but the other had to leave and I was stuck doing the work myself.

When I scheduled my project, I scheduled 2 tasker to assemble my large desk. One tasker asked questions a requested a photo of desk. I complied. This tasker canceled his reservation leaving me short on my project. I called Taskrabbit. I was told by lady on phone that she was gonna assign a tasker. That never happened. Noone was assigned, Noone showed up. I didn't want the one tasker who confirmed his reservation to be here working on desk all day, so I began building my desk to save time. When the one tasker showed up, I had appx 1/2 the desk put together. He then asked me to go relax and he would let me know if he needed me. He completed the desk in a timely manner.
