Service was good but lacks payment method instructions. I paid the Tasker by cash woth tip but was also charged thru the app which I did not know since it was my first time using Taskrabbit.

Right on time (to the minute). Knew what needed to be done and was well prepared.
The tasker did a poor job
The tasker did a poor job, so asked if he could fix his work. He said he would come back and fix the job with extra 2-hour charge. We don’t want to pay twice for the same job. We are very disappointed at the quality of the service by the Taskrabbit’s folks. We would not hire anyone from Taskrabbit in the future.

I was very unhappy with my experience
I was very unhappy with my experience. My Taskrabbit appeared to have good reviews for the task that I hired him for and he wasn’t able to complete the task. On top of not being able to complete the task he spun his wheels and ate up time that I was then charged for. I had do redo some of his work too. In all, I was charged $250 to mount 2 plug in wall sconces and to hang one ceiling light. That’s crazy expensive!

I needed this project done for quite some time but procrastinated.When I decided to get it done . I went to the taskrabbit app , found Ramon , and just like that a project I've been putting off was completed !
Job well done Mike
Mike was wondering. He mounted the tv, put up a mirror in the bathroom and changed the hardware in the bathroom and front door. Supplies that I brought wasn’t needed. He had his own materials. I will most definitely be calling Mike back. Great work and great work ethic.
Moir was professional
Moir was professional, thorough, punctual and respectful of my home. He completed the task with ease and offered suggestions to improve my set up. I would definitely recommend him and book him again.

Constant cancellations
Constant cancellations, really frustrating and most of them had a private price other than what was listed online. Will probably use another service next time.

The booking process is very easy to figure out. I like that they do background searches and post the fact that all of their workers have been cleared in that capacity. I have used this service many times and have never been disappointed. I like the option of many choices and prices with valid reviews. I highly recommend it.

Bad Service…
The worker did not come with the proper equipment to complete the job although he knew the problem before he came. It appeared that he was not a licensed plumber. I should not have had to pay. He did nothing but show up.

This was my first time using Task Rabbit and the experience was great. I was able to get my light installed with no issues.
