Super nice, helpful, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Some people give you a hard time when you ask questions or try to get a better deal on purchasing necessary items but he helped find the items I needed.

Every time I attempt to book a cleaning…
Every time I attempt to book a cleaning service, the tasker cancels beforehand leaving me to find another tasker at a more expensive price for the same allocated time.

Picture hanging
Taskrabbit connected me with the right person to hang a series of pictures. Jorge took his time and measured each hanging so they were all equally spaced.

Reconsider pricing structure.
I like that they do background checks and bring able to schedule a time right from the app. My only pet peeve is the hourly support fee, that increased the final amount to more than my budget. It would be nice to have a flat fee, because why does it need to be hourly. Overall still helpful

Your tasker never finished his task and…
Your tasker never finished his task and overcharged me for my task. He also did all of it wrong. i am disputing the entire charge with my cc company

Quick booking
I loved that I was able to book only a few hours in advance with little effort. Task Rabbit is awesome

Task Rabbit's extra fee is too high.
The workers on Task Rabbit are fine, but I will never use this platform again because Task Rabbit added an additional $148 to my job as a "safety and security" fee. I don't mind them adding a small fee to keep up the platform, but that amount is egregious and made my job over-priced.
