I hired a mover Josh that took several hours to confirm the job. Once he finally confirmed the job he cancelled 45 mins before his time to arrive leaving me stranded. There is no guarantee that the person I am hiring will show up for the job.

The tasker cracked my window
The tasker cracked my window, trying to contact your company is not customer service friendly. I filed a claim, but due to a high volume of complaints. I have to wait for someone to reach out and talk to me.

Disappointing and expensive
I had previously used Taskrabbit through IKEA and had a satisfactory experience, so I decided to try Taskrabbit directly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The pricing was far higher than expected for the task I requested, and the estimates provided were quite inaccurate. The overall value simply didn’t justify the cost. I was also disappointed by the $15 Taskrabbit Assist credit. It was not clearly reflected during the booking process, so I wasn’t sure whether it had actually been applied until I reached the payment screen. That lack of transparency made the benefit feel almost meaningless and added unnecessary confusion. Overall, the booking process was unclear, the pricing felt excessive, and the experience did not offer good value for money. I wouldn’t use Taskrabbit directly again.

High service fee
The hourly service fee they charge on top of the tasker’s hourly fee is high nearly 30 percent.
