Overall I like the selection of task. The app is good though the app it was pretty simple.
My tasker was knowledgeable and efficient.

Booking taskrabbit was easy and affordable. We were lucky to have Alexandr C come to our home to disassemble a bed, assemble a new bed, put together a shelving unit and hang a picture. He was willing to do any tasks we had. Alexandr is professional, very knowledgeable and very kind. He worked so efficiently and was wonderful! I would highly recommend taskrabbit and I would very highly recommend Alexandr C!!
I booked outdoor plant watering service with TaskRabbit for 6 days for $291.93, and they continued charging daily totaling $522.68. When scheduling I entered the number of days needed and the time of day I needed the plants watered. I water these plants daily and it only takes 15 minutes. I know there was a min 1 hour a day. I prepaid the $291.93. I see that I was charged for 2 hours on the 11th so 3 times as much ($41.15 prepaid and another $92) There is not 3 hours of watering. I know that one day the person they sent arrived late at 11:30 instead of 8:30. His lateness is documented in the chat. TaskRabbit triple billed me for his lateness. Then, TaskRabbit continuously charged my credit card. I tried for days to use the bot customer service and to date no one has responded. I received a message from my credit card company that they are not responding to them either. I have saved the bot exchanges that spanned 3 days.

Love the ease of payment. Nice finding taskers that are close and easy to book.
The Tasker unboxed things super quickly shoving the contents in any drawer where they would fit. He was very anxious to get to his next task. I would not use him again.

Ok First time I used the app and the tasker I used was great. What I didn’t like was this….. I understand when you book a tasker you need to put down payment for the hour and I totally agree; however, when your tasker is finished and it is time for you to pay the app needs to subtract the initial hour I paid against the Tasker’s invoice then you pay for the balance. Instead you have to wait days later for the first hour to be credited to your account. I don’t care for this kind of bookkeeping!
Poor communication , no accountability from tasked. Waiting entire day for small landscaping to be done and it was a no show.

Ease of use and expertise of task rabbit.
The people hired were great. The down side, which makes me think twice about using it again, is the website. It glitches. Dumps you back on the landing page for no reason and is clunky.

Had a great experience with requesting a task rabbit and reviewing the list of task rabbits by recommended filter (distance and ratings). Task rabbits have good descriptions of what they can do, too. My task rabbit accepted my task quickly, too.
