It was the final few days to file my 1099s for contractors, and after ordering the physical forms from the IRS, I realized it was more than I wanted to deal with under a tight deadline. I decided to submit everything electronically using Tax100.com. That decision turned out to be a mistake. I spent close to an hour carefully entering my data, only to reach a point where I needed assistance because my state requires an additional form. That should have been a simple question. Instead, I was routed to an AI chatbot. The chatbot was so ineffective that it actively eroded any trust or confidence I had in the platform. Each missed or irrelevant response raised more concerns, not only about usability, but about privacy and data security. When a service is handling sensitive tax and personal information, vague or incorrect answers from a bot are unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward filing process became frustrating, time-consuming, and unsettling enough to make me question whether this is a service I would ever use again. Even worse, I explicitly requested that my account and all associated personal information be deleted. Instead of honoring that request, I continue to receive spam emails prompting me to send out my 1099s. At this point, my personal information appears to be sitting with a company that offers no meaningful human support, no accountability, and no clear indication of who is actually responsible for safeguarding that data. That is not just frustrating, it is concerning. Obviously, I would never recommend this company; in fact, I would warn people NOT to use it.

I had to create an account simply to download a doc that they could have easily emailed me! This despite the person creating the tax document provided them my email address to provide me a copy of the document. I further found the layout and navigation of their site completely 'horrible' and non-intuitive to find my way around. Finally, it took me 5 emails (back and forth) to "support" to cancel the account that I did not need nor ever wanted. I'm sure they just want to sell my info and they likely do all their customers. Horrible beyond belief! Lots of other great business for this type of service out there!

The agent I worked with, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and very patient as she walked me through some troubleshooting stuff on my end. I LOVE that everything we did is on it's way to where it needs to be - my 1099 person is receiving his 1099 via email, USPS, and his form was filed with the IRS. What a great one stop shop! Can’t log on. The OTP doesn’t send a code. Sat here for over an hour and nothing. My dog can produce better results than this crap How about figuring out how to run the site in a timely professional manner

I have been trying to log on to their site for 3 days to retrieve a 1099 from a previous employer. It keeps making me do a 2 factor identification.. which is fine if I could get the code before it times out... it is like a non-ending circle of hell. I have reached out twice to see if I can get it emailed or mailed USPS but of course not response. I ALSO do not appreciate being forced to sign up for a site I have NO INTENTION of ever using again!!

We own a small business with less than 10 subcontractors. I had an accident that prevented me from ordering the forms from the IRS earlier in January. I responded to a ad from Zenwork Tax1099. I got all of my information loaded. I was ready to submit my forms. It took multiple times for my forms to be submitted. However, when I got to the point where I could submit them, I used my credit card for the purchase. On screen, it appeared that my forms were submitted. However, when I returned to my account with tax 1099, nothing was submitted yet my credit card was charged and credited to pre-pay. This was something I did not authorize. Customer service was lacking with no way to talk to anyone or even have a live chat. Tax 1099 did nothing but frustrate me and take my money.

FALSE ADVERTISING - BUYER BEWARE. It cost me $36.65 to send out 5 - 1099 forms, which is far, far, far above the $2.99 claimed on the website. Unless you plan on paying TOP DOLLAR just to send out 1099 forms, AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They charged $14.95 for the forms, $14.50 to mail them (required), $5.00 TIN check, eDelivery of $1.50, Sales tax of $1.95: a total of $37.65.
