I was not protected, and still owed all of the money.

Response was quick. Person seemed knowledgeable TurboTax had failed to add some income so I had to pay more and some interest I think TurboTax should pay the interest but tax audit says they are separate and can’t help me get the interest from TurboTax. Otherwise they did fine Not sure if I will continue with TurboTax next year.

This is an absolute scam the so-called Max benefits defense did absolutely nothing for me the IRS sent me a notice of things that they needed from me so I got in contact with the max benefits defense and they were supposed to take care of it I get a call back 2 weeks later telling me that I needed to call the IRS myself and take care of it after they were paid to do that that is their job and it is an absolute scam the only thing they done was send me an email requesting the notice that the IRS sent me and a release form so they could get my 2025 tax return information and then two weeks later call me and tell me I need to call them myself there's nothing that they could do this is an absolute scam and I wouldnt recommend it to no one! So I'm trying to figure out what exactly what I paid for in this so-called Max defense because for me it was nothing but me thinking they had my back and would deal with the irs but that was most certainly not the case at all! Do not waste ur money on this so called defense.
