Rim-Protection from t-launch, simply perfect
Dear t-lauch, dear Joe Your customer service is simply superb. I ordered a rim-protect package in 19-inch glossy black for my Tesla Juniper and received it here in Switzerland without any problems and undamaged. I installed it as described in your videos, simply perfect. AND the curb protection after 6 weeks was realistic; I was driving at 15 mph and hit the rear rim. The rim protector worked. Simply fantastic! Thanks, Joe! Your Michael Gom… from Switzerland I'll show everyone some before and after photos. See you soon!
Shoddy rubbish sunshades
Shoddy rubbish. Made and shipped from China. The sunshades are badly mis-described. They are NOT thermal insulated, 5 layers of heat absorbing, aluminium coated reflective layer, Nano Technology! They are cheap crap thin black nylon material about as thick as the cheapest tent material. No insulation. Black NOT the advertised silver reflective. 1 layer not 5! Nano bull$hit is a more accurate description. When I complained, they first asked for photos of the packaging. I told them it (EVENTUALLY!) arrived as shipped condition, but the items were of abysmal quality - NOT as advertised. 'Joe' then quoted the standard return conditions for 14 day no quibble return, telling me I have to pay the shipping cost. NO WAY JOE! If you advertise great products but send cheap shit from China, YOU refund the full amount and YOU pay the return shipping. Hopefully if enough people complain and send this garbage back to where it came from at THEIR cost, they'll eventually learn to be honest with their advertising. UK Trading Standards have strict Laws on mis-advertising, and Teslaunch breaks the Laws - BADLY! Avoid. Take your business somewhere else is my advice.

Chinese drop shipper
basically this is a chinese drop shipping site...not real Tesla or dutch store. You have to really search for that statement on the site. You think it will come in 1-2 days, but it took almost two weeke to arrive. Also free return is only free when the device is broken.

I picked up a set of rim protectors…
I picked up a set of rim protectors from Teslaunch for my Model Y and have been really happy with them. Order arrived in less than a week, which was faster than I expected. Installation was straightforward — snapped on securely without needing any tools, though it took a firm push to get them fully seated. Once on, they look great and blend in well with the factory wheels rather than looking like an aftermarket add-on. The main reason I bought these was to protect my rims from curb rash, and so far they're doing exactly what they're supposed to. It's nice knowing that if my wheel does clip something, the protector takes the hit instead of the actual rim. Customer service was also great. Quick to respond and helpful when I had questions. Fast shipping, easy install, good product, and solid support, would recommend to any Model Y owner looking for an easy, affordable way to keep their wheels looking good.

Audi RS-5 Wheels
The silver aluminum rim protectors are a perfect match to our Audi RS-5 anodized and clear coated factory wheels. The fit and finish are first-rate.

Great products with Amazing customer service
Amazing company for all your needs if you are a Tesla owner. Not only do they have what you are looking for, the prices are awesome! Customer service is also unbeatable. I recently had a little problem and they did not hesitate to take care of everything in which they went way above what I was expecting. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure all of their customers are 100% satisfied! I would most definitely recommend checking them out!!!

HONEST REVIEW
They said if I gave a review they would send me one replacement for my Tesla 20” rim. I did that here thinking they would do what they said! then I get that they don’t have that product so they give me a discount code instead. DONT BUY HERE. THEY CHANGED THEIR STORY AFTER I GAVE A POSITIVE TRUSTPILOT REVIEW!
Very helpful staff

Bought wheel rim touch up paint
Bought wheel rim touch up paint. Guaranteed match...not even close. Update: following this review and a complaint, I was given a full refund immediately and asked to amend the review. I wasn't offered another correct paint, so can't say whether they hold the correct paint or it was a packing issue.
