Many people also deeply appreciate the responsive customer support team, who quickly resolve issues and provide extremely helpful assistance whenever problems arise. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery times, mentioning that packages take a significantly long time to arrive from overseas locations. A few consumers also pointed out difficulties with tracking orders, noting that shipping updates can remain slow, unclear, or completely unresponsive over extended periods.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Great white rim protector. It was easy to order, arrived on time, and fitted perfectly. The quality is excellent, it matches the wheel well, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.
Look and feel good. Nice fit and super easy to slide on over the existing armrest. Doesn't impede opening and closing. Extra cushion improves the comfort of the drive.
Item delivered on time and item was as described good colour and texture match to car interior
Long time for shipping but well worth it! Seat covers look beautiful!
Best customers service ! Awesome products with high quality Very fast shipping and amazing customer service Highly recommended
I purchased wheel covers for my 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance after they were advertised as a “simple snap on” accessory. While the wheel covers may suit some vehicles, I think it’s worth noting for owners of the 2026+ Model Y Juniper that installation is more involved than I expected. Before the covers can be fitted, the 12 factory aerodynamic inserts on each wheel need to be removed. T-Launch confirmed I had ordered the correct product and provided an installation video. The video uses specialised plastic trim removal tools, describes the clips as quite aggressive, and highlights the need to be careful not to scratch the wheels during the process. Personally, I didn’t feel this matched my expectation of a simple snap on installation. My suggestion would be for T-Launch to make these installation requirements clearer in the product description for the 2026+ Model Y Juniper so customers know exactly what to expect before purchasing. That said, I really appreciate that after discussing my concerns, T-Launch resolved the matter with a full refund. Their willingness to address the issue was appreciated, and I hope this feedback helps future customers make an informed decision.
Had a problem with my shipping but the shop was very quick at solving it, very happy with it they indeed want always the costumer happy and are there to help us.
i purchased the noise reduction seal kit for my tesla model 3, i went above and beyond prepping the area where the seal would be fitted making sure it was grease and dirt free,2 days after fitting the seals the seals fell off i've contacted Teslaunch but they have chosen to ignore me i feel like they are only interested in making a sale, its a shame as i wont make another purchase from this company and there is so much more i would like to purchase with me being new to the tesla brand.
OEM Style Gear Shift Stalk stopped working after a few months. Their assistance does not respond to my emails. Don't buy from them
Great selection of after-market products, easy to find what I needed on the website, my rim protectors look awesome and were easy to install. They have saved my rims from rim-rash more than once. I had questions before and after receiving my order as well, and customer service was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Would absolutely order from them again.
The Rim Protectors are very very good. They protect your Wheels really good. Simple to mount and good
Quick delivery to the UK and bespoke set for my Model 3 2021. Happy with the purchase
I purchased neck pillows through Teslaunch. The pillows are perfect. They look great, are comfortable and have relieved neck stress. The product was exactly as advertised and was delivered in promptly as tracked. Thank you Teslaunch!
Great quality and fast delivery Highly recommended
Ordered the rim protectors for my Tesla Model Y Juniper. Delivery was fast and the package was very well protected with foam inside the box, so everything arrived in perfect condition. Installation was easier than I expected. There is a video on the website that explains the process clearly, and I liked the fact that I didn’t have to remove the wheel covers. I chose the black version because I wanted something discreet and close to the original look of the wheels. The finish is clean and doesn’t stand out too much. The protectors are quite thick and feel sturdy, which is reassuring on a Tesla where the wheels can easily get damaged when parking near curbs, especially in the city. So far I’m happy with the product and would recommend it to other Tesla owners looking for some extra protection.
Ordered a soft close electric frunk lock . Entered my vehicle information for the specific model and make and type . The product website had instructions for all year and models except for the one I had for a 2017-2020 . When I found seperate install video instruciton, there was different type of lock for the frunk than what I purchased. I contacted customer support giving them the information over email and whatsapp. A day later I recieved an email reponse telling me I was wrong and I had the right product followed by the URL to install it for my said make /model and year. Even this video showed a completely different product than what was shipped to me. I took screen shots and emailed them back . 5 days later I recieved a response on whatsapp telling me to contact email support as they dont do customer support on whatsapp. Same day (5th day in ) i recieved an email repsponse telling me that I would get a refund only if i removed my review of them sending me wrong the product and being slow with their communication . I've saved all communications and have the credit card company dealing with them direclty now . I will not be black-mailed into retracting my reivew and negative experinece to get a refund that rightfully belongs back to me .
I bought pair of seat cover , perfect fit for Tesla model y new model ,. It looks really classy and comfortable as well. Very good buy
I've ordered from Teslaunch for my 2 Teslas over the years and every product has been great. Their customer service is also very responsive. Highly recommend Tesla owners treat themselves to Teslaunch accessories.
The roof. Sunshade is a joke. The insulating film is too small for tye frame it is supposeto attach to. Why are they separate parts???? The clips that should attach the film to the frame are useless. What a waste of my money.
