Pillar Delete, Anxiety Delete
Purchased a pillar delete kit after trying other solutions - Perfect match, fit, and easy to install!
I have a black matte wrapped Cybertruck. Then blammo - recall on the cantrail, and I then had a black matte CT with stainless pillars.. I sought and tried multiple solutions from Amazon etc - NONE were as awesome as T-Launch solution. The material matches PERFECTLY and so easy to install. My truck looks awesome and all is well! I love T-Launch. Their customer service also is awesome (thanks Joe!)

I bought a set of 4 Wheel Trim Protector. The shipment took a while due to out of stock but their customer service was awesome and responsive. This helps ease my mind that my package will get to me and it did yestesday. They look awesome on my Model Y and my mind is at ease knowing that if i hit a curb it wont be expensive to fix.
I recently purchased the windshield sunshade for my Tesla Model Y, and I am genuinely impressed. The fit is precise, the material feels durable, and it provides excellent heat protection during sunny days. It noticeably reduces the cabin temperature and protects the interior from UV exposure. Shipping was smooth and the product arrived on time. Overall, a reliable and well‑made accessory that I would confidently recommend to other Tesla owners.
Very first order. The shipping is impossible to follow and now they're telling me that they need to send it again due to shipping. Ordered this item over a month ago and they're still faffing around with hardly any contact and poor excuses..

Carbon fiber center console (2017-2020)
I purchased the carbon fiber center console overlay (2017-2020) and love it. On the one section I had a small problem with installation, with it being not quite square but I was easily able to figure it out. Customer service was also great. 10/10 would buy again

I'm 22 days in and goods still haven't left china, despite 10 day promise. Very slow support replies just offering me a discount to wait longer.
Typical unethical business practices common in that region.
Avoid, they're just wasting your time while holding your money.

Great Product!
The site was super easy to navigate and there are so many different options to choose to upgrade your vehicle. The cupholder inserts for my 21 Model 3 were awesome! They function to fix the issue of drinks wobbling around while you’re driving. Would definitely recommend to anyone who had the same issue as I did. Fixed my problem.

Shipping times - they are SLOW
Generally good prices, but I have now been waiting for my order for 3 weeks - the site claims 1-2 days processing and up to 12 days of shipping time to US, but per shipping status, it just arrived at the post in China, so will still be another 2 weeks to the door. Reached out to them via Whatsapp numerous times with 0 response.

Ordered a product over a week ago
Ordered a product over a week ago. Still hasn't been shipped. Shipping from China (I didn't know this before I bought it). Webiste has chat box as customer service... No response initially when choosing customer service options, then went back through and chose different options and chatbot said contact through whatsapp. I contacted through whatsapp. No response. Website has an email, I emailed them, No response. Customer Service is a ghost town and my product still hasn't shipped. Stay away!

Great Products!
This company is great. I ordered rim protectors from them after I had my rims powder coated. The protectors have held up great and ono longer worry as much about scratching my rims
Please with the product (nappa leather seat covers) delivery from China which took a lot longer than they stated. Offered me £20 good will gesture which I never got despite chasing them but all my emails/online chats are now being ignored. Better off ordering from source like Ali Express. I won’t buy from Teslaunch again.
Great Quality Accessories & Easy Purchase Experience
Really happy with my purchase from TesLaunch. I bought the neck rest pillows and centre console accessories and everything feels very well made and high quality. The products fit perfectly, look great in the car, and arrived exactly as expected. The whole purchase process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Would definitely order from them again.
