Long shipping time, ordered on 18th April, didn’t arrive until 6th May, item seems good quality but as I spent £96 on them but the customs declaration saying the total value of the package was 7USD (£5.15) that is a horrendous mark up!
I wish I had read reviews before ordering, because my experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I ordered an 8-Inch IPS Android Rear Entertainment Display for my Tesla, and only after taking my money did they inform me that the product was out of stock. They told me it would be restocked in about a month and asked if I was willing to wait. I agreed. Fast forward a month… nothing. No update, no communication, no product. They explicitly said they would contact me when the item was back in stock — that never happened. I’ve sent dozens of emails over the past week trying to get any kind of response, and I’ve been completely ignored. What’s especially frustrating is how fast they were to respond before I paid. The moment the payment went through, their “customer service” basically disappeared. It’s like dealing with two completely different companies. At this point, I have zero trust that they ever intended to fulfill the order. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so I’ll be opening a dispute to get my money back. If you’re considering buying from this company, be warned: Great communication before payment, total silence after. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and chasing your own money.
There was one overlay that wasn’t fitting correctly, the team at relaunch made everything right for me, sent me a whole new set of overlays. It looks good, like real good! I’m loving the overall aesthetic of my car now. Thanks Teslaunch!
Great product, jack pads seem to be high quality and worked very well on my first use of them swapping out winter for summer tires. The order was packaged well and delivered within the timeframe expected.

Still waiting on an order placed April 6th 2026. I would never have ordered if I knew when ordering that it was coming from China. When trying to track it is of no help what so ever. I will NEVER order from this company again. Day 22 and it looks like it is only 1/2 way here. Who wants to buy something and wait over 30 days to receive? Horrible. If there products are so remarkable they should list , "shipping from China".

What can i say about this companies customer service that already hasn't been said. First class from start to finish. I ordered multiple items and all arrived promptly but I had a problem with a Boot light LED strip for my model 3. Joe in customer service was excellent and dealt with my problem really quickly and professionally. I received a replacement without any further problems. I will be ordering again from Teslaunch knowing that if i do have a problem, that they will help as much as possible to resolve it.

I received the 8inch rear screen and installed it to find more or less useless. Extremely slow response from the screen to now 2months later barely works when tapping the screen. I’ve messaged Teslaunch to get told know refund will be given. I have since been replied by Teslaunch to say they will refund me after seeing my review if I change it or remove it. So I have upgraded them from one to three stars. But really they should have give me the refund prior. Which is annoying that it took me to give a bad review to get a refund.

Ordering was simple. Not too many pop ups and endless fighting to avoid being put on marketing lists (my pet peeve). Everything arrived well packaged and very timely. Wheel rim covers were easy to install ...were so tightly engineered that they took a little "love tap" at the end to get them on. Look great....and I can tell my car from others as the car is common where I live
