I received an advertisement in the mail from TGS Insurance. When I called their service center I was quickly directed to a live agent in my state who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a very professional attitude and provided me with a quote that met my needs. I waited a while before purchasing the policy, but never felt pressured to buy any time the agent followed up with a phone call or email.

Beware of their Service and ethics
Jordan Clark was my agent and almost got me cancelled with TWIA. Apparently, he is no longer with the company. We started working with another agent and he was supposed to call TWIA to help with the insurance situation and he never contacted us back. We have had to do everything ourselves. Everything that was stated to us was untruthful, and there was no follow through or follow up with this company. We were told they were going to be 10 payments to windstorm and because of the companies mess up, we now have to double the payment but make for payments. So far, not impressed with the company. They do save you money, but they need better customer service

The process was pretty easy and I think I got good rates. But I specified that my home owners insurance needed to cover my solar panels and the insurance company That they put me with says they are not covered.
