Received less than ordered

I ordered 1 gram carbon C60 powder (US$115.29, shipping US$36) from this site after being referred from Alibaba. I was given a tracking number which provided no results after 3 weeks. After repeated emails I received another tracking number and finally received the shipment after 1 month. Usually 1 gram high quality carbon C60 powder is sent in a vial. I received a very small amount of powder in a sachet, which appeared to be a sample. I didn't have a micro scale so was unable to make an accurate measurement, but weighed the sachet on a regular kitchen scale. The result was 2 grams. I tipped out the powder and reweighed the sachet, which still weighed 2 grams. I contacted Tgybio but received no no help from them. I decided to go ahead and mix the powder into 1 litre extra virgin olive oil with a magnetic stirrer to attempt to make C60 oil. After 3 weeks constant stirring the oil is still green. This indicates that either there isn't enough powder, the powder isn't authentic or both. Obviously I don't recommend this company.
