buyer beware - sent wrong item but wouldn't replace or refund
Sent me the wrong item, but wouldn't replace it or refund. Stated they can give me a 20% credit for the future (and I would have to repurchase the correct item!) or I could choose one item for them to send me in it's place. I chose the item they were supposed to send me to begin with, then they stated it was out of stock even though their website shows it is in stock (and continues to show that days later). When I stated I would like to return the incorrect item, they said I would have to pay for shipping even though they sent me the wrong item! SCAM company!! or just plain terrible customer service.
