Originally I ordered a beige M size sweater/skirt combo, thinking it was more a light cream color. I was so disappointed as it had yellow undertones, something that looks horrible with my skin tone, and was too small anyway. So I reached out, and had excellent customer service with Kiki, who gave me the option to choose a different color and size. She replaced it with a black one, no problem.

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered two tops and they are horrible, cheap material. I tried multiple times to contact customer service and have heard nothing. They say they have 14 day returns but no way to get a return label. Now, it is long past the 14 day return so I guess I’m stuck with these garbage items. I should have investigated further because, come to find out, it’s a scam.

If I could give no stars I would …. This place is a scam .. they tell you 14 day return and they will not.. I have email after email asking for a refund and they refused to give me the information offering me 10% then 15% .. after me not accepting that they told me I am responsible for shipping it back and it will be costly to do so!! Stay far away from these people find you a better place to shop it’s not worth the hassle $40 down the drain .. they are collecting free money from us.. please don’t be next keep your money or spend it elsewhere

I ordered Christmas Pj’s that came after Christmas. At no time was I informed on the delays of delivery or offered a solution. Before it was shipped I explained that it wouldn’t make it for Christmas and how disappointed I was. I was offered a 20% discount. Terrible communication & service.
