You need to take this site down, but I digress. I took a chance ordering from what I believed to be an black owned company, my mistake, Located in China, I think not. The pictures and quality of the items they sale are not the same. I ordered a sweater /jacket, in blue and yellow, what I received was a joke, seriously did you think I wouldn't notice, it is trash. Thin flimsy material, no labels, and I am PISSED. I am going on every site I can to discourage anyone from buying your merchandise.

Ordered on 8/28/25 and did not receive until 9/13/25. The following day, I immediately requested a refund and this is their response... Instead of honoring their product, they are only willing to refund me ten percent of cost. It's not about the money, it's about the ethics.

Shirts received from China are garbage and in no way reflect the quality shown in photo. 100% refund advertised non-existant. I was told to ship back to China at my own expense, then told to keep shirts & offered a 15% refund through AI generated letters. But only after I complete a multitude of their forms. Total waste of time. I'll eat the $100 and never buy again from rip-off comapanies like this.
I went to place an order with Theblackwear yesterday, but something was niggling me @ the stage to pay? The items just looked too perfect & the models just too nice. Anyway contacted my daughter & told her my concerns. My daughter advised checking them on Trustpilot before buying. Lord have mercy, after reading the reviews I will not be ordering from this company period.

Never received my first order after a 4 week wait. They said it got lost and they offered to reship the order. Waited the 4 week again for it to be delivered. But the same thing happened. Will report this to my credit card company and see if they can get my money back. What a waste of time.

These are the worst shirts I’ve ever ordered on the side. The colors are bright and colorful with they actually come the doll faded, looking never again.
Bought 2 caps, they arrived today (21/8/25) from "china"; had id have known this was where they were coming from them id never have bought them. They were cheap printed caps and nothing like the quality of the caps shown on the website. Ive requested a refund/return... thankfully I paid with PayPal. Unfortunately there not the opportunity for a no star review, so begrudgingly I had to give one start.

In order to track it, I am being directed to purchase an app before I can receive any information. No doubt the app is also owned by the company. So disgusted.
Theblackwear.com looked great. Amazing website and interesting, unique designs. However, they hadn't shipped after 10 days, and no communications. I opened a PayPal inquiry and suddenly they messaged me saying it shipped. While their website says they're based in England, the shipping is coming from China. I don't know if it'll even arrive, yet, but I can't pay a huge tariff on a garbage item. I suspect I'm going to have to refuse the item and continue with PayPal claim.
I have 7 shirts now and yes I did have to wait a long time, but they are beautiful. I remember early on being frustrated with the waiting, but they did come. One time I ordered a shirt in the wrong size, when I contacted them and offered to return it, they just sent me a new shirt in my correct size. I am currently waiting on my 3rd order of two more shirts!

I purchased Abstract Dots Stripes Art Print Casual Cotton Short Sleeve Polo for $38.99. I should have seen the red flag that this item looked too perfect. After 4 weeks they FINALLY answered my 4th email, and gave me a tracking number that shows it was delivered, but no other tracking. Not where it shipped from, and never went through Seattle, and it can't get to Alaska withought Seattle. So fake fake fake. They won't refund since it was "delivered" and told me I need to file a claim with the USPost Office.
After ordering 5 shirts I thought to be proud because I felt as a Black Man I could express my culture, heritage and a reflection or who I am.
After paying by my card, I checked in several day's later and found out there is no communicating resources. Email or service department must not exist because after sending a few messages noone got back to me.
So here we are doing business at a secondary rate in today's economy is called a Busniss that has FAILED.

I ordered 4 shirts at about in late April $80.00 and only received ONE last week which is 3mos later, I then emailed them asking where was the rest of my paid order…they emailed back and claimed they sent them all, gave me a bogus tracking number and told me to check with my local post office. I have yet to receive my full purchase. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM support@black Needs. Please do not order ANYTHING from them, they are definitely not legit.
