Efficient Customer Service experience
I have had only great experiences ordering from The Feed since 2015. I had never had a single issue with an order, orders were always correct and fast. I recently had an issue with the packaging of a brand new product, contacted the support team with a description of the problem and pictures. They instantly replied and efficiently addressed my concerns. The Feed is such an amazing resource, giving everyone access to innovative product , and backed by an efficient Customer Support division. A+

Package was crushed by shipper. Collagen powder leaked into partially open feed box. I wrote the feed with pictures and asked for replacement. Not the feeds fault.

The Feed team does the good work over there, and we love them for it! I just sent my uncle home with a couple modern fueling products to try on his next run, as he still thinks the products from the early 2000s are all there is. Hopefully you all should have a new customer soon!
Beat Customer Service I’ve Ever Had
I am so appreciative of The Feed, both for their products and their outstanding customer service. I moved a few months ago and somehow my old address was still in my subscription account. An order I placed was delivered to my old address and I was unable to contact the new owner. I notified The Feed and they immediately send me a replacement order. Before it was shipped I was able to have a friend retrieve my other package and I notified The Feed to cancel the order. But instead they still shipped me the reorder at no cost. This is the kind of company I intend to do business with for a long time.

Love The Feed. High quality products you can trust and quick delivery. Love the opportunity to try new products as well. Unfortunately, the box got smashed in transit, but it was taped back together and everything was there and fine, just a little flatter than normal. ;)
Amazing Customer Service
I am continuously impressed with the customer service of The Feed. Not only do they have great products, but when I moved and forgot to delete my old address, a package was shipped and I couldn’t contact the new owner to retrieve it, The Feed immediately arranged to send me a replacement. But then I finally was able to have a friend retrieve my package and I immediately informed The Feed. Instead of canceling the replacement order, they sent it to me anyway. Who does that!? The Feed does!
Damaged Products Not Guaranteed
About a month ago I had 2 orders (in a row) that arrived damaged and lost products. I sent multiple emails and pictures to the Feed only to be ignored. I thought I was a valued customer and the was a SatisfactionGuarantee. Neither appear true. I have continued to order despite my dissatisfaction.

Everything with The Feed is awesome! The only thing I would caution is, don't compare The Feed to other companies that you like. If you do, you won't like the other company nearly as much anymore, because The Feed blows all of them out of the water with their metaphorical eyes shut!
