Not respecting delays
Ordered Monday mid day. Payed premium for the 1 day delivery. It’s been 48 hours and still hasn’t shipped. Tried to email them and no answer.

Good prices and timely and accurate delivery of my full order. Best selection of some otherwise hard to find endurance products.
Someone hacked into my email and…
Someone hacked into my email and created a fake account, and made a fraudulent purchase with my credit card. I was able do access and secure the account but even after I reported the fraud they were going to allow me to make a purchase (I tested it). Then they do not allow you to delete the account nor can you get to a human by phone. They just keep directing you to their online bot, who directs you to write a letter by snail mail. Stay far away unless you love spending all your time trying to protect your identity.
They are great at serving costumers needs and concerns and respond quickly.
Great customer service when I need it

Customer Focus
I had placed an order and tried to change it afterward. This was over the weekend and the order was shipped before it could be changed. The Feed addressed my request and all with the best customer focus and care.

I love The Feed - quality products, great service, fast delivery.
Always a positive experience
Always on time and love the touch of a free bottle from a Strava challenge. Always a smooth transaction and prices are always reasonable/great.
easy to order
easy to order, product came quick
Terrible taste
Nothing went wrong with the delivery, but I am really not a fan of the protein powder I ordered. The taste is terrible.
The Feed is a great source for good products with free shipping.
The Feed is a great source for nutrition products for athletes. Their free shipping makes them my go to!
I was surprised to receive the sachets…
I was surprised to receive the sachets thrown loose into a clear plastic bag. This meant in order to check the ordered quantity (and I know these sachets come boxed) I would have had to sit and count them all. I did not have the time and I did not consider this a very professional way to send ordered products.
