The delivery is typically just 2 or 3 days, even for free shipping which is awesome.

A joke of a middleman company
A joke of a middleman company. Placed my first simple order for some salt tablets. 8 days later still nothing (in spite of their game of sending a order shipped notice the first day) These type of hipster middlemen companies will blame Fed-ex. It wasn't. Just order directly from the company whose product you are ordering and don't support the wanna-be lifestyle brand scammers.

Immediate help with order
I accidentally missed selecting to apply my Feed credit when placing my order. I reached out and within minutes, the credit was applied. Amazing customer service that is hard to beat!

Products are great but getting expensive. Last order the shipment was a week late. Fed Ex said they didn't have my street number on the address and couldn't deliver. Very difficult to get a new delivery date.
Bad shipping address
While the App does not adjust the autoship address when one changes their profile/default address, support did help reship my order which went to the wrong address once we rejected delivery at the improper/old address
I always count on the feed
I always count on the feed. Very quick delivery, no issues. I only gave it a 4-star because I didn't get my "animals in the wild" bottle with the order. A bit bummed about that, but hey...I probably have a dozen bottles anyway.
Terrible terrible customer service when…
Terrible terrible customer service when you need to do a return or if you have a problem with your order. I’ve sent them multiple emails, texted, called and no response. I’ve had products come to me damaged, and I’ve had to do a return on a product with absolutely no help. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges to obtain a refund. Will not shop there again. Do not recommend.
