I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong size coros watch. Their customer service was quick to act. I got the watch returned for the correct one in no time. I also absolutely love coming home to seeing the beautiful Feed box sitting on my doorstep.
The Feed has great customer service and quick shipping. Email marketing gets a bit annoying, but they have the products I like at good prices, and they take care of issues quickly. I also enjoy the flash deals that let me try new stuff without committing to buying a whole box of things.
As always, a positive experience with the feed. I did have to wait over a week for my order to be shipped as they were out of stock of the Momentous protein. However, it was during the Black Friday sale so it is understandable that they would be out of certain things. Once my order was shipped it came fairly quickly. I love supporting the feed since I think they really make a big effort to make sports nutrition available at an affordable price to ALL athletes.
