Lifetime warranty

My chain snapped and they had a replacement sent out to me immediately. Their lifetime warranty is top notch. They also respond fast and are super nice. All my gold jewelry comes from them. Thank you gold gods!

Great quality and honors their lifetime warranties

I have ordered several 18k gold plated chains, and each one has been high quality and just as described. Between my son and husband, the chains have been through a lot, and there has been minimal (if any) fading. When the clasps broke on two of my chains after a few years of wear, their customer service team helped me get them replaced under their lifetime warranties.

There customer service, emailing back with responses was great. They offer military discount, great to hear. I ordered a 14K Yellow Gold Solid Figaro. It came in a great looking Gold Gods Gold box. Simple and secure packaging with signature required. I like that very much. I was skeptical to purchase an expense item online. There customer service made everything easy to do. The Gold Gods customer service and…

The Gold Gods customer service and response time was excellent, I sent a e-mail on Sunday night regarding the size of my bracelet and that it was to big. I received a response first thing Monday morning stating that I send it back and they would send me a new (7.5"Bracelet) I received my new bracelet the following Tuesday. I would highly recommend the gold gods and continue to refer them to others.

Both were quick in responding, communicated very well, were courteous, and actually got the situation resolved. I have used gold gods for years now and…

I’ve been a loyal customer of Gold Gods for years and have always loved their products and service. I recently had an issue with a bracelet I ordered for my girlfriend’s birthday—it came in too small. I reached out to their team, and while it took some time and a few back-and-forths, they ultimately resolved the issue and made it right. I appreciate that they worked with me to find a solution and showed that they value their longtime customers. In the end, my girlfriend was happy, and I’m grateful they stood behind their product. I’ll definitely continue to shop with them.

Scammer. Be aware

Please do your research and look at reviews outside of their network. This company is scamming and robbing people blind by selling fake, falsely advertised, poorly crafted garbage under the guise of high quality jewelry. Their customer service is a joke and is almost certainly how they avoid most of the refunds their “lifetime warranty” promises. This company should be sued and shut down. I will be going to the fullest extent of the law to make right the thousands they stole from me.

Update: They stated they absolutely upgrade jewelry. I love knowing that so when I am ready to purchase another set I can be confident in upgrades. The jewelry was great to me. Now with that being said I purchased and 8 mm 10k 18in necklace and a 10k 8mm 7.5in bracelet and I want a new 10mm 14k gold necklace now BUT the resale here in Wisconsin after paying $8000 for this set is $2500. The gold gods don't upgrade or take jewelry back I am assuming due to the actual over pricing they submit consumers to. I WILL purchase from them again but getting this set sold is like a slap in the face. Keep this in mind if you purchase from them.
