Poor quality
My wife got me the white gold plated Cuban chain a few years ago and I love it, it feels sturdy and heavy. I wanted a yellow gold chain so I ordered the yellow gold plated Franco chain and it feels completely different, super lightweight and cheap I honestly would have a hard time believing it’s actually gold plated. Super disappointing. And the shipping took forever too.

Shipping mishap
I ordered a chain for my son and when it finally showed up the envelope had been a lot and the chain was gone. I reached out to support and got an immediate response I to looking into it. Long story short the Gold Gods sent a replacement and fixed the shipping error that wasn’t necessarily their fault. It is refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers and made it right. They easily could have passed me off to usps to figure it out, however they did not. Thank you!
