Their plus size items seem sized up from straight sized models rather than created for plus size bodies. I had to return all items ordered.

Loved the 5" shorts. The quality of the material is great. So soft and comfortable. I wish the delivery was quicker. It took about 3 weeks to get them.

Extremely Difficult Returns

I was not impressed with the quality of the fabric or the fit of the item I ordered. I contacted them for the return process and it took my sending 8 different emails and 3 weeks of communication before the full process was completed. They never did send me a return label so the mailing expenses came out of my pocket. Never again!

The shipping time took much longer than…

The shipping time took much longer than expected. The quality of the pants were great, however even with a petite length st 5'2" were too long. I bought a Med. In both pair and both were rather large fitting in length. However, quality 5 stars hands down!

Finally…

After much back and forth and some misunderstandings, Halara issued me a credit. It was a long process, but the end goal was achieved. Thanks to Halara for sticking with me.

Beware drawstring pant fit varies within the same size

I ordered the same drawstring pant in different colors but the fit was very different for each item. Tan pants were shorter in length and tighter around the hips and the brown pants fit much better with proper length and hip room. I also bought jeans drawstring pants- same size and they were extremely tight. I find returns are nothing but a hassle for me so I just spent money on 3 pairs of pants and I can only wear one.

It's okay

- The returning process is very weird. I don't want to try new items that are risky - Some items came wrinkly and bra was moved around - Some don't match well with the pictures on the site - Delivery takes very long time. I don't see preorder message until I placed order. - Some clothes are pretty and well fit - I don't know how long it will las.

The process of trying to get a refund it not ideal

I had to bug you guys for days to try to get my refund back. You did allow me to keep the shirts vs sending back, so that was a nice touch, though I don't like the shirts, so won't wear them, but I avoided an annoying return process. Over all, I didn't like the shirts and the refund process was a bit frustrating, but the actual return process was a breeze since you didn't have me do anything with the returns.
