Received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Well packaged, no damage to any of the solar panels. Just tested each one today and all working fine. Price was reasonable and I appreciated their kind treatment.

Ordered a 2000w sinewave…
Ordered a 2000w sinewave inverter/battery charger to use as a sump pump backup. Received within a week and tested the unit once the sump pump was operating. The unit changed over to battery within ms and continued operating on battery power. Exactly what I was looking for. Also tech support helped me setup the various switches for the proper operation. Great job and great unit.

There is no honor among thieves
There is no honor among thieves. Had the replace a controller and their warranty is BS. the design they provided was wrong and we had to add a $500 battery to get the system to stay on line. They determined that the controller was defective but would not refund the price we paid for the replacement. It is one way sales.
