So first off I received my new inverter on time. The problem I have with you guys are the lack of response to my tech support inquiries. The inverter that I purchased says repairable. I’ve asked tech support at the Inverter Store and with Aims directly and have only gotten one misdirected response. I’m starting to think that you guys or Aims are not interested in helping folks after the sale. I suppose I will try to repair the inverter myself as you folks or Aims has no desire to help after sale.

Bought the wrong inverter, had to return. Took a bit, but got my full refund and bought the proper inverter.

Thank you for your update. We have confirmed with our bank that your refund was completed on our side on Friday. We have not pulled back any of the refund we submitted on Friday. It sometimes takes your bank a few days to reflect the refund into your account. This may be the issue if you bank is still processing the refund.
We initially came to the converter store in search of another small solar system for our off grid vacation cabin, and could not be more pleased with this company. They hands down above and beyond to listen carefully to our specific needs of exactly what we were searching to make sure that they were accommodating everything that we required we could not be more pleased and are actually going to purchase another system come next week highly recommended and as a general contractor, I will be spreading the word about the converter store and Aims products
I had to have this item sent to my house as our location is so remote we have trouble getting things from UPS or Fed Ex when someone is in our office, it did not prompt me it would have to be signed for this caused much stress for me and i actually had to take off of work to try and catch the third attempt!
Inverter works great!!! Runs my house as a short term back up and runs my entire camper!!! There were cracked low voltage terminal covers when I got the unit. Called the support line and got new ones quickly. Nicely done, Inverter Store!!!
The small inverter I bought worked perfectly. Its voltage output was within the specified range. I previously bought two inverters somewhere else, and both of them put out 85 volts or less. Low voltage to 110-120+ volt items can ruin them, so it pays to spend a little more for quality. If I need another inverter it will definitely be bought from The Inverter Store.
I purchased an AIMS 4k Pure sign Wave 12V inverter. Had one before so knew these units are great performers. This unit came well packaged (total shipping weight of 80 lbs. No issues with installation. Turned it on and all worked perfectly. Also had a conversation with tech support to ask about their Bluetooth module to monitor the inverter. Angel was great, very professional and helpful. I have no complaints about these units, the staff and overall service. Would I purchase "AIMS" again? ABSOLUTELY!
It's been a couple of weeks, and I still haven't got my cable.
