Update: The Luxury Closet reached out to me after my previous review. I will say their customer service was excellent. They offered a partial refund for the shoes. Original review: The shoes I ordered were in terrible shape. The sole of one of the shoes has pulled away from the shoe and was not disclosed on website. I had to send it to a cobbler to be repaired. Also, while shipping was super fast I received a bill from DHL for duties a week after delivery.
