Despite an unfortunate situation regarding a damaged pair of Louboutin’s and lack of initial communication. TLC escalation’s department/management reached out and quickly resolved the issue for the inconvenience and experience in less then 24hrs of my last complaint. I am happy they took the time to address this situation because I genuinely adore the business model and will remain a customer. Mistakes and issues will happen - but how one resolves them is what matters.

The item was completely damage and not as described. I inspected the shoes when I received them and immediately reached out to the company via WhatsApp bc of the time difference. I have purchased form them a number of times before and never received anything like this. A pair of Louboutin’s have been glued together. Almost both of the entire shoes, the soles, the embellishments, etc.I had been searching for this pair of shoes for a while and the only way to get them is the resale market, so took them to a repair shop and they determined they are unrepairable. To the extent that they are unsafe to even wear. I advise customer service of this issue and they assured me they would make it right, they have now gone silent and have not gotten back to me via WhatsApp. I will be escalating this issue immediately if I don’t receive a response within the next 24hrs.
Overall great experience, one suggestion to make it the best, is adding a “sort” function tab for the Wishlist, like low to high price, newest, etc, that will make me buy more items!
