They are so helpful, courteous and responsive with planning a Universal trip. It was our first time there & decided to use Park Prodigy after seeing their videos. They are very open to different options you have. Someone will always respond to your questions whether by phone or email. They even provide a sample itinerary as a guide. Will definitely book with them for our next theme park trip.

The Park Prodigy did a great job setting up our Universal vacation. I only wish Universal wouldn't go down the path of corporate greed. Prices are ridiculous and rides go down often. Pick a different spot to go to and the Park Prodigy can probably help you get there very smoothly.

Horrible. Person on phone was disinterested and apathetic. Called twice just to see if I had caught someone at a bad time. Same experience. No idea where these 5 star reviews are from. Bizarre.
Hi Jim, I’m so sorry for the so so customer support over the phone. I did just try calling you as well. I have already spoken with my team and to be honest they are very upset that you would leave such a bad review. We did send a few options after our first phone call within a few hours. Ximena, did understand that this was your second time calling and was trying to ask the right questions to make sure that we were going to send you the vacation options that you were looking for. She explained to me that you said that “this is exhausting” and decided to hang up. We understand that planning a theme park vacation can be overwhelming. Every family is different and some need more help than others. If you were unsure which parks you wanted to go to each day, all we needed was for you to explain that you needed more recommendations and spend some additional time speaking with us. This is our busy season as everyone is trying to book their trips for the year, so yes our team is managing a lot. However we are all human, and to be honest we only book 500 packages a year to make sure we can give our clients the time and attention that they need. So I will continue to work with them to ask better questions in the onboarding process and I hope you have a great time in the parks.
I had a fantastic experience with The Park Prodigy. The staff were incredibly helpful, highly competent, and handled both small and larger issues absolutely flawlessly — always in a kind and caring tone. Even though I am based in Germany and they are in the US, the communication was excellent (or maybe especially because of that). They supported me every step of the way with my Universal tickets. There were a few minor challenges, from credit card questions to the delivery of travel documents, and everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, the service is amazing, the product is great, the prices are fair, and there is honestly nothing to complain about. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.

Being my first trip in many years to Orlando and visiting a new theme park it was very important for me to have good advice. From the begging, the team did a great work and Ximena was very helpful with all her advice and patience, since we kept changing plans until last minute. Very satisfied and will surely use parkprodigy.com on my next trip! Last but not least, receiving help in my own language was very welcome, since it made things a lot easier.
This was our first time using Park Prodigy. Highly recommend them. From start to finish they handled everything. Even the Super Shuttle from the airport to Universal Florida. It was our first time visiting Universal and the Hotel Stella Nova. Thank you for making our trip seamless.
Ximena took the time to listen and found answers to all my questions. I price compared, which theirs were the same as Universal, but they gave me some incentives that brought the price down more. They had me all organized with numbers and itinerary.
These guys are great. I purchased tickets for WDW and Universal and had to make changes due to personal issues. Park Prodigy was extremly helpful, patient, friendly, prompt, and professional and really went the extra mile to get my tickets right. Cant say enough good about Park Prodigy. I would highly recommned.
Mike was very helpful before and during our Universal trip. He answered our call early Saturday morning when we had a clarification question regarding early park admission for Epic. His Universal videos and park itineraries were detailed and informative.
