Disney/Universal Studios trip
I highly recommend The Park Prodigy. Micheal and his team are freindly and accommodating. They made booking our hotel and getting tickets a breeze. If we had questions they were very quick to respond. We will be using them again for our future adventures!

We have not visited universal Orlando before. Booking through the Park Prodigy and using their concierge service is well worth it. We have a plan, and even some options with times that we think will work fantastically for us. We’ve had quite a few different questions and the people at the Park Prodigy have all been so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend using the Park Prodigy!

I will definitely be using them again, especially to purchase attraction and event tickets and would also consider their full vacation packages. There was an error on one of my tickets and it was dealt with immediately. Communication with them has been excellent all throughout my transaction. Universal and Disney World Trip
We recently booked a Universal and Disney World trip through The Park Prodigy, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We had a major issue when we arrived at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. Our hotel rooms were not correct, and we were stressed out with our large family and a packed itinerary ahead. Thankfully, The Park Prodigy team went above and beyond. They jumped into action immediately, worked directly with Disney on our behalf, and helped get the room situation sorted out quickly and smoothly. Their fast response, professionalism, and genuine care for our vacation made all the difference. This kind of white glove service is rare these days. Not only did they get things fixed, but they followed up with us to make sure everything was right for the rest of our trip. Stress-free vacation
Me and my family were planning a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios and it got overwhelming for me. watched a YouTube from Park prodigy decided to call them and that was one of the best decisions I made took all the stress away from me and let them handle it and they delivered above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Excellent service
When you call they answer promptly. They are very truthful on their response. When I got to the hotel they sent me an email stating that I could contact them if I had any questions, which made me feel taken care of. The only problem I have is the itinerary is outdated there was a ride that wasn’t in service anymore. Sorry I don’t know as I don’t have the paper anymore, and the itinerary states to go to Harry Potter first well everyone was going there first at early opening. Oh the itinerary states Universal has 8am early bird and they don’t. So, check the website for early opening. But all in all I would definitely use them again.

Planning a trip to Disneyland in Los Angeles when we are based overseas was daunting. I've utilized Park Prodigy for two trips now. Both were seamless and well planned out. Communication is great and they always have a great attitude no matter how many questions you ask! And believe me, I've asked a LOT! Thr first time I utilized this company was Summer 2024 when we went as a family of four to Universal Studios Orlando and my daughter and I just got back from our trip to WDW Orlando. They booked everything, and even offered to book our dinning reservations. They give advice on extras to add to the trip based on our likes/wants/needs. Nothing has ever been pushed on us. I did not have one issue arise on either trip. I highly recommend The Park Prodigy for all your theme park travel needs. I did a lot of research prior to booking with them as I'm a skeptic of any online company, but these people are 100% legit. I'd definitely use them again!
