Katelyn patiently walked me through every step as a bumped my way around and she guided me every step of the way until all questions were answered and I had confirmation of full compliance. I absolutely love every associate that has ever helped me but today tops everything. I love Therapy Notes. I have used them since opening since opening my private practice 7 years ago. The software is excellent, but even better is their customer service. 24 hr availability and the reps are clear, instructive, and always pleasant. Just today I had a scheduled call and in 5 minutes they helped me become compliant with my payment processing service. I am a big fan of the company.
