TherapyNotes has the most patient staff ever

I worked with Kelsie P, Customer Success Representative today for close to one hour. She was so patient and calm throughout the entire experience. It is very stressful trying to manage admin questions for insurance companies as a therapist in private practice with no personal staff. TherapyNotes continues to show up for me every time I am not sure how to proceed with questions. I have never met kinder, more compassionate and knowledgable staff who answer all my questions and never make me feel rushed.

Best customer service hands down

We've used Therapy Notes since 2012 and they have the best customer service! They are always friendly and helpful and there is never a long hold time. My issue was resolved with one phone call and they stayed on the line until we were sure it worked . They always follow up with an email to make sure everything is okay. I can't say enough good things about them.

As a trauma therapist and EMDR provider, I need an EMR that is stable, organized, and doesn’t create extra work. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up.

Every time I deal with any part of Therapy Notes customer service I am delighted! I spend half my life pushing button to get no help from every other company in my life. Here I get a person when I need one (yes, unbelievable, I know) and they always are efficient and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a therapist for a lot of years. I’ve used several EHR providers but I have to say that TherapyNotes is by far the best! From simplified form fill, to available online assessments, integrated billing and credit card processing, it’s the all in one platform. Their customer service is excellent: they respond quickly and are always helpful. 5 stars plus!

Autumn was very helpful.

Autumn was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions, and I appreciated her willingness to explain things in an unhurried manner. She took the time to guide me through how to resolve an issue, and identified a possible solution for a customizable intake packet option, which would be very helpful for preventing unwanted documents (such as the AI consent form) from being included or sent to clients (for clinicians who are not consenting to use AI with clients). I greatly appreciated Autumn's support, and am hoping that we are able to get a customizable intake packet option.

The agent who helped me this morning was an absolute angel! She made the process of figuring out why my claim was being denied so easy. She took the time to research everything and discovered that the payer ID had changed within the past two weeks, which was the reason my claim kept getting denied. Because of her diligence and knowledge, I was able to successfully resubmit my claim. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I’m so grateful for her outstanding customer service!
