Very easy to use and great customer service. The portal itself is easy to use for both myself and my clients. When I do need a question answered, the customer service team has been very quick to respond and provide actual help and meaningful answers/fixes. I have been using Therapy Notes for almost 6 years now and have never had a major problem.

Patience and support

Tanece was very patient with me as I tried to cognitively understand everything that had happened. She mapped out the payments herself and came back to share what she had done. She accepted that I had also worked on it and figured out a reasonable solution. She didn't get upset that I figured something out on my own.

Having assistance in the U.S.A that is available 24/7 is amazing. Being a billing coordinator, it can be difficult getting resolution when dealing with insurance companies because they are often lacking the ability to comprehend issues & the language barrier is not easy. When I call for tech support to ThearpyNotes everyone is always super helpful and they have an understanding of the challenges we are attempting to overcome. Service is invaluable!

1. I was having problems logging in. Brian S is the epitome of professionalism and patience - I am 70 years old and technology and I are not compatible. He walked me through different pathways that should have worked, but my browser was not cooperating. He suggested another gadget to use. I tried my laptop and it worked! Knowing that the password was correct, I manually typed it into my iPhone and it worked! Were I to be a cartoon puppy, my puppy tail was a wagg'n! Thank you, Brian S., and thank you Therapy Notes for being accessible 24/7! Love your service, but every once in a while, there are glitches in the connection between the client and me. 2, Anna A., within hours of my review, very quickly and professionally reached out to me in an email and wonderfully explained how this could be my home internet, or too many devices in my home being used at the same time, and what to do to correct this! It was excellently written and so easy to understand and follow. 3. Your customer service is the best I have ever encountered in ALL my life! Top notch, Top drawer, Blue Ribbon, Gold medal!

As a user of TherapyNotes for over three years, I highly recommend their platform. It offers robust customization for documentation while ensuring adherence to the Medical Model. Additionally, their 24/7 customer support is exceptionally comprehensive, providing clear guidance whenever navigation challenges arise.

They try to bill you ahead of several…

They try to bill you ahead of several months, includes any fees even if it's not applicable, and also have several glitches that prevent you from doing clinical work, like even making notes requiring several attempts at times due to weird systemic errors. They responded with you need to cancel it if you want from their platform, but then the cancellation button is greyed out when tried due to not paid future months that they are trying to bill you. Multiple attempts and several wasted hours are needed due to their "I do not know what's happening" kinda attitude from service and sales reps. Do not even try their card processor, they are incompentent in what they do, but they just want to bill you and draw money out of your bank account randomly. Crooks....
