I had to update the clieny's Treatment Plan and needed to include the new Objectives in the progress note for the date of the session.However the Therapy Notes portal will not allow me to change it. How can I change or include the new objectives for this client?

I received excellent customer service from Autumn G. She went above and beyond. I was initially only calling in to get help for a password reset. A question came to my mind on a totally unrelated subject and Autumn helped me answer that question and three others . She not only answered the question but was very patient while she walked me through properly using some of the resources that therapy notes provided. She also enlightened me on other tools and resources I did not know were available for my use. I could not have been more pleased.

TherapyNotes support responds quickly and does a great job of resolving an problems that I'm having. The program itself operates smoothly and with no significant problems or glitches. I've been using TherapyNotes for years now, and am very pleased with the program.
The support person was very patient and supportive.
The support person was very helpful and friendly. She patiently walked me through the process so that I could do it on my own. She also easily answered my questions and provided alternative templates that would better meet my unique need.

TherapyNotes is the real deal
TherapyNotes is the real deal. I've been utilizing them for 10 years now, and I can't say enough good things. Their EHR is intuitive, you only pay for what you utilize, their artificial intelligence tool for improving documentation has saved me time and significantly improved my progress notes, and their customer service is available anytime (day or night) and more importantly is extremely competent and patient. I chose to switch to TherapyNotes to achieve a platform aligned with my workflow as a solo practitioner. I gained more than intended, mostly because of the outstanding 24/7 customer service.
TN support staff is always helpful and available 24/7. They frequently update the system to add more features. I highly recommend TherapyNotes for any behavioral health provider.
There is no better customer service support than TherapyNotes, in any industry, anywhere on the planet, period. (Terms and conditions apply. "Best anywhere on the planet" is a subjective statement as I have not actually traveled to all 195 countries to test their customer service.) In my experience, TN is always available, always helpful, always extremely friendly and supportive. Never had a bad experience since 2022. Thank you!
I rarely have to wait to get connected with someone. Someone is always available and willing to help. When I feel like I've hit a wall with insurance companies, I can call Therapy Notes and make some headway. On this particular date, Frankie was so helpful and kind. He walked me through step by step what needed to be done with a particularly sticky situation. I just wish it was this easy working with insurance companies!

All Marketing, No Substance
Therapynotes is built for counseling and NOT for prescribers. We have experienced frequent updates which break functionality in the middle of the business day, a glitchy and feature-poor billing system, and random service outages which grind our practice to a halt. After our frustrations grew to the point we decided to leave them and move to another EHR, they informed us that they cannot provide our patient records in a bulk download, requiring our office staff to spend literally dozens of hours manually downloading and renaming notes individually. My advice to you - if you are considering TherapyNotes as your EHR, look elsewhere. They are a marketing company with software attached.
