Shutter Store is ghosting me after delivering off-spec shutters
I received an order that contained two shutters. One was 1/16" larger than the agreed design dimension. The other shutter was 1/8". I called the company on Saturday, during noted operation hours, and left a message. They did not call back. I sent an email Monday morning, and they did not respond. I called Wednesday, again, no answer, and sent a follow-up email. I also used the chat function and no one responded.

So far this has been a positive experience. My window trim was difficult to measure (wood profile) but consultant Bernice made the task workable. I am so excited for delivery day and hopeful for installation day as well. I like the choices I was given to select from especially the wood stain option. All the other companies only offered white shutters. I also appreciate the wood option. Thank you for being very patient with me through the entire process.

Positive experience
The company agent was knowledgeable, forthcoming with information, polite, and pleasant. Keomi (spelling?) responded by phone to me in a timely way. I made a stupid mistake on my shutter order and she assured me it would be cleared up. All in all my experience so far with the company was extremely positive.
