The appointment for windows installation was set between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The installers showed app at 8 o'clock and got right to work. There was in clement weather coming in the afternoon. All the windows were professionally installed.My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. All the windows were installed before the weather set in. This is not the first time that we've had Thompson creek put in windows, we've also had siding done with them. And every time we have been very pleased with the outcome.

Door is hard to open and unlock. I was charged the wrong amount on top of it all.

New door was ordered but not installed on date promised. The company called and verified the installation date. My account was charged for the door on the day that it was supposed to be installed. New installation was set at over 30 days subsequent to first installation date. My account was credited a few days after I called to complain about the charge. The new installation date is the end of December.

This was a warranty service call. Tech came when scheduled and took window apart to make adjustments in the balance system, then tested the sash to ensure it worked correctly. Very pleased with your warranty service, thank you.

Sales, pricing, product quality, & installation was fine, which is why I came back to TC after I moved into another house. But what I experienced from the service department to fix my slider screens was absolutely horrible. What should have taken days, took 4 months, 4 visits and countless phone calls on my part to get it right. But it got done.

On time very professional installers who worked efficiently and took care of my property and cleaned up prior to departure. There was a miscommunication on the door handle and the service rep took care of it quickly and order replacement. Very happy with quality of door and experience

I placed an order in November and had final measurements and given an install date, which they keep trying to change due to “production” issues. Makes me questioning their abilities to deliver. Representative called and was putting in some sort of escalation and no follow up.

Sales and installation were fantastic. My only complaint is that my credit card was charged for the work prior to completion. Every other vendor I have worked with only takes payment when I am satisfied with the job performance.

We are a repeat customer, team did great job replacing window and installing new gutters and down spouts. Makes house look neat and has crisp lines. Amazing how gutters can make a house look better. The guards are working great, keeps my 73 year old body off a ladder. My only wish, that I would have remembered my $500 gift card LoL. Excellent work!
