I have been a proud Thunder owner since August 2023 and have nothing but fantastic things to say -- support has been incredibly on the ball (I had a response in less than an hour on Christmas Eve one year which I was certainly not expecting), when I've needed replacement parts they've always been affordable, and my machine is a WORKHORSEm Laser art is my full-time job and it's always been able to keep up.
Eric was a great help in helping me find the laser I needed. It was so nice to talk with someone that you could understand, the entire team kept me informed of everything while going through the process of ordering my laser.
I purchased my Thunder Laser Bolt in December and have been using since then and love it! It's been easy to learn with the help of Thunder Laser's team and the videos that are out there. I don't regret my purchase! And I'm glad I purchased this machine for my first laser instead of a hobby machine as I've started a business with it.
100% could not be happier with my Thunderlaser Aurora laser. Solid machine and configured correctly and each cable/wire is marked for easy reference. Took no time to setup. Customer service answers same day and is most useful these days when other companies out there have less than average support.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Grant and Eric for an amazing experience at the thunder laser facility in Texas. We felt it was important to meet the team, face-to-face, which we did… And it was very well worth the trip. Their facility is well equipped with operational lasers from nearly every category they sell. The Warehouse and the people behind the scenes were true to form… Focused on customers, satisfaction, doing things right the first time, treating people the way that they would like to be treated. What was important to us was learning about these machines in detail. We did a deep dive into the Nova Plus and the Titan. We are happy, excited, and can’t wait to get our new “Titan”!! After well over a year my ThunderLaser Nova 24 still performs as well as the day I first turned it on. The very few times I’ve contacted tech support I have received an answer in a very short period of time. As little as two hours and over a weekend. I highly recommend ThunderLaser!
