We got our tickets at a very high price I tried to cancel the order within seconds after placing it because I noticed the site was not who I thought it was I called and was told about the no cancellation policy even if they just got the order. Going direct to the venue would save you hundreds of dollars.

You do have the option to sell your tickets via https://selltickets.ticketsmarter.com or any other ticket resale marketplace. I heard some bad things about TicketSmarter but My Experience was Great
I heard some bad things about "TicketSmarter" and I had apprehension initially but at least for me, the experience (as far as ticketing is concerned) was seamless. As soon as I got the tickets (months ago), i put them in my iphone wallet. A day or so before the event, I received a reminder of the concert with tickets attached again (in case I didn't have them from months ago). While the AC/DC line-up sucked, the ticket app on my phone using the wallet, was instant/ seamless.

Had a bit of a hard time getting my tickets downloaded but finally got them and ACDC was awesome!!
I have been attending concerts for over 50 years and I must say that this one was exceptional. The musical talent alone gives it a 5 star rating. When you ad in the venue location, the fabulous weather...its a 5+
The entire process of obtaining the ticket was a pain. I even got banned for life from Ticket Master in the process. The chat support keeps saying they're not allowed to provide support. Then what are they supposed to be doing?

Booking the tickets was easy ADA seating was great and staff helpful
Booking the tickets was easy and I received many emails about the upcoming show so I knew where to go and what to do. I was with a person with a disability and received good instructions via email, the staff at the even were very helpful in getting to the disabled section. My only comment is for the people who could stand, they should have told us to stand in the back of the section. The security person asked me to move a couple of times (and she was nice about it) but she should have just asked me to stand in the back. I didnt think I was blocking peoples views (but It was my fault) I was unaware. Beautiful venue and really good communication.

Did not send my tickets until the day before the event. So I did not know my exact seats until then. Once they came in, they were sent through TicketMaster.
I bought 2 tickets to an event, then had another friend who wanted to come to the same event. We didn't know our seats because of TicketSmarter never gave us exact seats, only the section we were in. So we couldn't buy an extra ticket in the seat next to us. My friend then found 3 seats together and bought them. TicketMaster then wouldn't let me resell the tickets for the event because the tickets came from a 3rd party and weren't sent until the day before the event! We ended up with 2 extra tickets we didn't use.
NEVER USE TICKETSMARTER! THEY JUST RESELL FROM TICKETMASTER! BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM THERE INSTEAD!
