The event wasn't so good

The event was great, but I couldn't fully enjoy it because security wouldn't let my 15-year-old daughter in. It's worth noting that when I bought the tickets, it didn't say anywhere that it was for adults only. To begin with, I bought the tickets at the US price, while in Canada they cost $77 USD. I paid $120 per ticket, and only I was allowed in. I absolutely do not recommend this organization that restricted the venue to those 18 and over, especially since my daughter has been a huge Greeisy fan since her TV days. Furthermore, their policies don't offer refunds, so I didn't have a good time. It was a total mess. I know it has nothing to do with the artist, but I won't be buying tickets from you again. Tickets were $85 CAD at the door next time. I'll do that. I lost money and couldn't fulfill my daughter's birthday dream.

Scammy...

First of all it is very scammy and just trying to mimic Ticketmaster. I did not even realize I am on ticket smarter when I bought the tickets. Then when I did realize that I had paid more and it was not Ticketmaster, I wrote to request a refund which was denied. Since there was little choice and it was on me because I bought the tickets I kept them and forget the fact that I overpaid. The day before the concert, I accessed the tickets and tried to download to AppleWallet but was unable, there was the icon but it did not work. Furthermore, the email had details about following the instructions to connect the tickets to Ticketmaster but there were not instructions. It was very confusing. I called customer support and the lady that answered, assured me these are ‘live’ tickets that cannot be added to Ticketmaster or Apple Wallet. I took her word for it and then when I got to the concert the next day with my friends (I had bought tickets for all 3 of us), it was raining and we got up to the entrance where they scanned our tickets and it did not work. We tried several times and they told us we have to go to the box office which was half way across the stadium. We make our way over there and the lady looks at the email and the order number etc. and says this looks like a scam based on the order number etc. and you can buy new tickets. Since you all had answered the phone the previous night, I thought I would call in first and I did and after speaking to someone and waiting for a while (in the rain), he did manage to get us tickets saying that our tickets were reassigned? How does that happen, right before the concert. Needless to say it was an unnecessarily painful experience and quite embarrassing as my friends were like the WTF. I contacted the company and they said well as long as we get you in the concert that is all that matters. I would avoid this unless there is no other option and even then I would not use this business.

Concert was cancelled due to a major weather event, evacuated, shelter in place. A day after email came from TicketSmarter.... full refund in a couple days to card. Given many ways given to contact TicketSmarter. I recommend using their service!

The concert was amazing

The concert was amazing; however, the parking pass i received must of been a scam as I had to pay for my parking for a 2nd time.
