Don't buy tickets from ticketSmarter, they scam people, take money and don't give you tickets right away. I bought a ticket and they gave me the wrong seat. They keep that money for a whole year and then resell the tickets to other people. They scam people. I called them for a long time, they promised me everything would be fine, gave a guarantee, and then they lied. I bought insurance, and the insurance didn't do anything. Never buy tickets from them. They're a terrible, terrible company. I'll sue them for scamming every

I never received my ticket so I missed the event very upset I don't even know where my tickets are so I am asking for a refund hopefully I can get it

Won't use them again

The parking pass was in a ballpark app I couldn't access and the link i was sent in the email with tickets didn't work. When they were scanned it said invalid ticket. It was not a screenshot before anyone thinks I don't understand technology. When I asked for a refund I was told I was sent instructions figure it out.

Van Andel Arena

The venue (Van Andel Arena) was a very disappointing facility. I purchased four floor seats, the most expensive available, and was not able to see most of the performance. The stage was not high enough and there were no video screens for us to view. Nate Bargatze is one of my favorite comedians but I should have not wasted my money on this show, at least not in Grand Rapids.

Turned away at the door...

We were unable to attend the Stray Cats concert because it was at a 21 and over venue (Yaamava Casino Concerts). Were told this is a common problem with outside ticket vendors: the fact that it is 21 and older only is often not made clear at the time of the ticket sales. We traveled for hours, only to be turned away at the door.

It was a total disaster

It was a total disaster, we brought the tickets when there were only two dates for the Garden in NYC, July 28th and 30th, we picked the 30th…when we showed up on that date and tried scanning the tickets, they would not scan, when we asked why, we were told that our tickets were for the date that wasn’t even a choice back when we brought them, August 1st!! So we were forced to buy 2 more tickets for 600+ dollars, and we’re stuck with the two tickets we brought from ticketsmarter, we tried to sell the 2 tickets, but were unable, so we lost over $600 in the process, and are hoping we can get some kind of compensation, for something that was not our fault!!

Got screwed out of my tickets called…

Got screwed out of my tickets called before because I didn’t get my tickets told they were at box office. They weren’t. Had to re purchase. Said I would get call backs. Never called backed.

Run from TicketSmarter

In the future, if the tickets for an event involve TicketSmarter, I will find an alternative. Tickets for Barons game wouldn't download, customer service basically said it was user error, first call with customer service was dropped but never got a call back, so I got to do it all over again. We're one hour from gametime, taking 3- and 5-year-olds so I ask if they'll cancel the transaction, give me my money back, and I'll buy at the gate. To which he says "Did you read our refund policy?" To which I respond "saw the bold-lettered heading Refund Policy." He tells me they do not provide refunds, that as far as ticketsmarter is concerned the tickets have been transferred to me and so they have completed their part of the transaction. Went to ticket window - Barons' have a dedicated window for ticket issues - asked for order # and found tickets. Teller told me issues with resellers thru TicketSmarter are not uncommon.

Legit web!

At first, I was so scared because they said I will have my ticket 24hours before the event. This was so stressfull. But I had my ticket!! So happy that ticketsmarter is legit . And I am grateful to your team support, always had an respond back! Thank you so much Ariana Grande event, 31/07/2026

The parking is atrocious. First in last out.

The venue was great, the bands were as always amazing. The $73.00 upcharge for premier parking to walk through muddy stone was ridiculous.

Don’t deal with ticketSmarter

Since the beginning of the transaction, we had problems to get the tickets. Several weeks before the match, we called multiple times and exchanged a lot of emails but each time the person was not able to help us. The tickets kept showing without a barcode. We called back the day before the match, again the person told us that he couldn’t help us and that we needed to call back first thing in the morning. That morning the person sent us a link saying it should work. When we got to the game, the tickets were invalid… So we had to go the box office to have an employee from the Blue Jays organisation that could finally help us get to the game. I would not recommend purchasing tickets from ticketSmarter under any circumstances.

Greedy operation

I would give them 0 or less if it was possible. Shortly after I ordered the tickets, I learned that I would not be able to make it. I contacted them the day after the purchase (which was done after office hours), and requested the cancel the order. I was told that all sales were final and essentially I'm s**t of of luck. Greedy operation. Beware and get your tickets from someone who values their customers.

Website error cost me $150

I placed an order for Saturday August 1st and didn't notice that the site reset to the previous day (Friday July 31st) until I tried adding my tickets into the Braves app. The customer service agent was incredibly nice when he told me that it didn't matter my intention, or the insurance I paid for, the tickets were mine. 0/10, will NEVER use this service again. I am out of $150 and ended up buying the actual tickets I wanted through Ticketmaster for $20 less.
