This was terrible site to buy tickets! I didnt get tickets till day of concert and I needed to sell them due to out of town! So lost All my money! NEVER buy from them again!!!,

To be honest I thought I was ordering through my Ticketmaster so I was stressing a little bit because the tickets were not delivered to my email until the day before the concert. Nonetheless it was a great concert everything worked out I just wish the tickets would arrive sooner. I would order through them again

I LOVE YALL GUYS, U REALLYYYY SAVED ME. So i coudnt get tickets from any other sellers not even official TicketMaster. And someone helped me to buy from this website. I was stressing out until the concert but my ticket was approved!!! It was the best night ever. Big thanks to the support team, they answered very fast and ensured that their tickets are safe:))) I got my tickets the next day after buying. The concert which i went to is Tame Impala with Djo

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. The name of the company is purposefully deceiving, at quick glance it looks like Ticketmaster. My concert was canceled changed venues and moved 2 months later (when I’m out of the country). Think I’d get a refund, nope they let you hang out to dry. Completely new venue where ticket prices would never sell for what they did and I have booking information proof I’d be out of the country. Completely ridiculous and deceptive business practices. Reported to better business bureau.

Concert rocked but venue sucked
We were pretty happy with the sound we heard from where we were seated - almost center in Section 202. The crowds were crazy. The line-ups for the washrooms were unacceptable. The music was great, but the venue needs to improve facilities. The long line and walk into and out of the amphitheatre were way too long, with older adults with walkers having to walk far to grab the few seats available. So many other countries have perfected this in their current models. The wait for an Uber was also unacceptable. Concert rocked, but the venue sucked.

Proceed with caution. Ticket smarter issued me invalid tickets originally which made for a huge pain and hassle on the day of show. Luckily I was able to call them and was assisted by a human to issue me real tickets from ticket master. Made it into the show on time.

Both Earth Wind and Fire and Lionel Ritchie were very entertaining. A lot of audience participation. Overall, a great show.

Easy to check in and access tickets. Prefer a download as concert was on a busy travel day and I worried about having sufficient phone battery to access 4 tickets. I paid for the cancellation but it's a major inconvenience dealing with 3rd party. Should be able to return tickets

I had to cancel my tickets, but did not see a link to "resell", so I lost out on the cost of the tickets. it was quite hot and I was not able to take my mother (over 80 years old) to the concert and have her be safe.

Loved Matteo’s performance
Loved Matteo’s performance. He is extremely talented. Throughout the show he displayed his human side which is warm and engaging. This is the second time I see his performance and this time was even better than the one Toronto. Beautiful voice and very charismatic individual. Matteo, don’t lose your warmth and personality as you get bigger and bigger in the music world.
Josh Groban was wonderful
Josh Groban was wonderful! I accepted tickets being transferred by someone in the UK. It was a risk but turned out perfect. Thank you! Maverick Arena i. West Valley, UT turns the volume up too high! It hurts your ears and is not necessary. Jennifer Hudson, who opened, sounded awful because she can belt it out and in the high register sounds screechy. Lyrics garbled and base WAY too strong. So, had to give it 4 stars.
