Tickets are double the cost of tickets on Ticketmaster.
I bought two tickets off this website that was listed on the venue’s website. The tickets cost $52. 00 per ticket which included $8.17 tax. Within an hour, the tickets cost price went down to $42 per ticket. Then, I saw that Ticketmaster has them for $23.xx each. I requested a refund from tickets on sale and the voice mail in their customer service department states that all sales are final. No refunds. So I am very upset that I paid double the price of a ticketmaster ticket. I will never buy from this company again. So please be careful when buying tickets from the venue website.

Totally got scammed by these guys
Totally got scammed by these guys. Paid over 3x face value from legit sites. No refund options available even after purchasing the insurance. The event is in a week and still no tickets (they say they deliver them 24 hours before). Have reported to the better business bureau. I highly recommend not using this site!

The pricing is too high on this site
The pricing is much higher than on Ticketmaster. I wanted to give your company a try, but when I checked afterwards, I realized I would have paid a lot less for the same seats if I bought them on Ticketmaster. Now I know going forward.
